The Oxbow Lake Homeowners Association (OLHA) Board meets five times a year via Zoom. Our key event, the Annual Meeting of Members, takes place on the second Monday of September. During this meeting, we review the summer’s activities, present the upcoming year's budget, vote on annual dues, nominate future Board Members, and address other official business. All residential waterfront riparian homeowners who are current on their annual dues are encouraged to attend and share their input on community initiatives.
